William Tien is a finance industry veteran, an inventor and a business visionary leader.
He has close to 30 years of managing and starting businesses in the finance and technology industries and for last 18 years he has held corporate directorships in numerous publicly listed companies. In the 1990s, he was also one of early inventors who created the mobile wallet, hard-coded into a mobile device.

Richard has over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Richard J Casinelli has over 35 years of US Public Accounting Experience inclusive of Auditing, Tax Compliance, and Planning and Financial Reporting. Managing Director of MHC Advisors PC handles Litigation Support Mergers and Acquisitions. Equity Search , Inc. was started in 2008 as an investment company by Richard Casinelli, CPA, MST. In 2017 The Company invested in Pro-4 Marketing, LLC to import from China, flashlights and lanterns in the USA . He also had a strong background in distribution and marketing/sales displays. He have extensive experience in advisory to public listed companies, finance and business operations.
Max Wan

Max Wan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and government engineering projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams of professionals, achieving significant results. His expertise also encompasses strategic investments in cryptocurrencies and virtual assets.
Currently, Max is responsible for integrating resources across multiple family office funds in China. He is one of the major shareholders of one of Peru’s largest copper mines, enabling him to actively engage in the mining industry and contribute to the sustainable development of natural resources.
As a non-executive director, Max brings a wealth of experience and a sharp eye for opportunities. He is committed to fostering the growth and success of the company by leveraging his diverse skill set and industry knowledge.
